Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush finished Sunday's game with pedestrian numbers but has even more opportunity if the other Lions running backs remain sidelined in Week 5. Bush finished with 46 yards on 12 carries against the Jets. He added four receptions for 19 yards to his stat line. Bush shared carries with Joique Bell as usual. Bell saw eight carries before being sidelined with a concussion. With Bell and Theo Riddick dealing with injuries, Bush could be the only notable running back available when the Lions face the Buffalo Bills next week.
Reggie Bush has lackluster fantasy outing against tough Jets run defense
Reggie Bush faced an uphill battle against the Jets’ run defense on Sunday. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Bush has been a bit of a roller coaster for fantasy owners. While he was always more appealing in PPR leagues, owners have to be a bit discouraged with Bush having just one touchdown through four games. If Bell sits out in Week 5, Bush will be a strong start with a boost in his snap count. Bush is still a solid RB2 in PPR leagues and a flex in standard leagues.
