There weren't any bright spots on the Philadelphia Eagles offense on Sunday. Tight end Zach Ertz was no exception. Ertz finished with four receptions for 43 yards. He had a fumble as well. The Eagles managed just 195 yards through the air against he San Francisco 49ers. Their offensive line is depleted and there is no presence of a run game as a result. Quarterback Nick Foles was constantly pressured into making poor decisions. Ertz started the season hot with 163 yards and a touchdown through two games. However, he has just 57 yards and no score over the past two games.
Zach Ertz can’t overcome poor Eagles offense in Week 4
Ertz fell victim of the Eagles lethargic offense in Week 4. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: It's no coincidence that Ertz is struggling as the Eagles are a mess offensively. When things get tough, Foles seems to target wide receiver Jeremy Maclin more than anyone else. Maclin racked up an absurd 16 targets in Sunday's loss. Ertz is still a low-end TE1 in all formats as the Eagles look to solidify their offense against the St. Louis Rams in Week 5.
