Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams is dealing with an injury once again. Williams sustained an ankle sprain against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, and should be considered "week-to-week," according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.
DeAngelo Williams ‘week-to-week’ with injury; fantasy value at an all-time low
DeAngelo Williams is injured yet again. We break down the fantasy implications.

Williams carried the ball 14 times for 72 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the season opener, but injuries kept him out of the next two games. He missed the outings against the Detroit Lions and the Pittsburgh Steelers, giving Jonathan Stewart the starting role. But Stewart is now also injured, and the Panthers are down four running backs when you add in injuries to Mike Tolbert and Fozzy Whittaker.
Fantasy Impact: Honestly, fantasy owners should just get out of the business of Panthers running backs. Williams is consistently injured, Stewart has slowed drastically, and guys like Darrin Reaves and Tauren Poole are the healthy players in this backfield. We'll keep you updated on Williams' status, but he should already be considered somewhat doubtful going forward.
