Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall has been playing through an ankle injury for several weeks, but still isn't close to 100 percent. On Monday, head coach Marc Trestman said that the team will "take a good look at him" to see if he's healthy enough to play.
Brandon Marshall getting ankle re-evaluated, fantasy status still up in the air
Brandon Marshall’s ankle still isn’t 100 percent and the Bears want to take another look at it. We break down the fantasy implications.

Marshall first suffered the injury in the season opener and aggravated it in Week 3, but he hasn't missed a game yet. He has, however, been severely limited, recording just 16 catches for 144 yards in four games. Marshall does have four touchdowns on the year, including a score in Week 4 that saved his fantasy stat line. He had just two catches for 19 yards against the Green Bay Packers.
Fantasy impact: Marshall hasn’t missed a game since 2010, but that might change this week if the Bears feel they have to rest him (Chicago doesn’t have its bye until Week 9). He’s essentially been limited to a decoy role and the occasional goal line target.
Look for Marshall to be another game time decision against the Carolina Panthers. He's a risky fantasy play with huge bust downside if he doesn't find the end zone.
