Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts has yet another hamstring injury and is expected to miss the team's Week 5 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Cecil Shorts not expected to play in Week 5, hamstring woes torpedoing fantasy value
Cecil Shorts just can’t get his hamstring right and could miss another game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Shorts made his season debut in Week 3 after missing the first two games, only to aggravate the same hamstring in Week 4. It’s been an ongoing issue for over a year now, with Shorts missing three games in 2013 and sitting out most of training camp. The Jaguars do not have a timetable for his return.
Fantasy impact: Shorts' once-promising career is quickly going south -- he is suffering the same chronic muscle issues that derailed Miles Austin's career. Shorts should be considered week-to-week once again, and could be a candidate for short-term injury reserve with the Jags' bye not coming until Week 11.
Shorts is still a steady veteran hand when healthy, which Blake Bortles could certainly use, but the Jaguars can't count on that right now. Shorts can be dropped in 12-team leagues. With Marqise Lee also hobbled, Jacksonville will use some combination of Allen Robinson, Allen Hurns and Ace Sanders, who is back from suspension. This group has a lot of promise, but will be inconsistent for fantasy owners.
