The Seattle Seahawks are making it very clear that Marshawn Lynch is ready to go and there's absolutely nothing to worry about. Lynch missed some time early in training camp due a to a brief holdout and only got three carries during the preseason, but head coach Pete Carroll insists that Lynch is "ready to go," according to Tom Pelissero of USA Today.
Marshawn Lynch ready to ‘let it rip,’ is always a fantasy must-start
Marshawn Lynch only had three carries in the preseason, but Pete Carroll says he’s ready to “let it rip.” We break down the fantasy implications.

Carroll said that Lynch "hasn't missed a snap or practice, hasn't missed anything," overlooking the aforementioned seven-day holdout. Whatever the case, Carroll said that Lynch will "let it rip" against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday. The Seahawks and Packers are set to kickoff the 2014-15 season with their matchup.
Fantasy Impact: Not that fantasy owners really needed the assurance or anything, but Lynch is totally good-to-go, at least according to Carroll. It’s always nice to see the player get a little bit more time in the preseason -- it gives you a little more confidence just to have the guy out there taking hits in an NFL game -- but Lynch obviously doesn’t need much of it. His game revolves around running into other players really, really hard and there’s no reason to suspect he won’t be ready for that.
