Ben Tate will start for the Browns in Week 1 as the No. 1 running back on their depth chart. Owners should consider Tate as a flex or a low-end RB2 at worst. The Steelers were middle-of-the-road in fantasy points allowed to running backs during 2013. Tate will likely see at least 15 touches in what could be a low-scoring affair for most of the game.
