Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Greg Jennings started his season well Sunday, recording a touchdown and 58 yards on six catches in the team's 34-6 beatdown of the St. Louis Rams.
Greg Jennings logs TD for Vikings, fantasy owners
The veteran receiver had a nice game to open the season in Minnesota’s big win. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jennings caught an eight-yard score late in the first half to get on the board, and led the Vikings in receptions, targets, and receiving yards in the game. The team had only 25 pass attempts in the game, and seven of them were directed toward Jennings.
Fantasy impact: After back-to-back disappointing seasons -- in part due to injury -- it was nice to see Jennings start out well. He was barely drafted in fantasy leagues, going 42nd among wide receivers, but led the way for a Vikings team that didn’t need to do much in the passing game as it rolled over the Rams.
Jennings is still just one weapon on a team that has Adrian Peterson, Cordarrelle Patterson, and Kyle Rudolph, so he's pretty far from a must-start option in fantasy, but as a WR3 or flex play, he could have a fair amount to offer this season.
