If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel has acquired NumberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel Daily Fantasy projections, Week 5: Tight ends
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski headlines the fantasy projections for Week 5.

Here are the tight end projections for Week 5:
Top tier
Gronk will be No. 1 every week as long as he’s healthy and he’s set for what should be a monster game against the Dallas Cowboys. He’s also almost $2,000 more than any other tight end, but he’ll probably be worth it.
Bargains
Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten is projected to be the second-highest scorer despite four others costing more than him. With quarterback Brandon Weeden under center, he should be leaning on Witten a ton in what should be a high-scoring game. Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert is coming off a bad game, but he should be a big part of the offensive plans with how the Seattle Seahawks figure to shut down their receivers.
Elite players with sub-par matchups
Gronk doesn't have a bad matchup, so there really isn't anyone for this section.
