Besides Chicago Bears receiver Alshon Jeffery, there aren't many other high-end receivers more disappointing than Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans. The second-year wideout still hasn't found the end zone, totaling just 133 yards and 10 catches in his three games.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 5: Mike Evans still worth starting
Mike Evans’ fantasy owners aren’t happy right now. Can they have higher hopes this week?

Perhaps one of the strangest things of the season is that he’s been targeted a whopping 28 times. Evans saw 17 targets in Week 3 and eight in Week 4, so getting quarterback Jameis Winston’s attention isn’t the problem. Of course, Winston really needs to get better before Evans can match the numbers from his monster rookie season.
The good news is the Bucs get the Jacksonville Jaguars this week. They are the 18th-toughest matchup for receivers and 26th for QBs. Their pass rush isn't great, so Winston should be able to hit Evans down the field with a little more effectiveness.
Fantasy impact: This could be the week Evans goes off. He’s a high-end, must-start WR2.
