Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams had a concussion last week and he will not play against the Tennessee Titans. He did not practice at all, but should be able to play in Week 6.
Karlos Williams injury update: Fantasy value on hold for October
Karlos Williams had a big chance in front of him, but an injury will cost him this week. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Bills are in a really bad spot. Running back LeSean McCoy is out 3-4 weeks with a Grade 2 hamstring strain, so that leaves running back Anthony Dixon as the lead back. Dixon should also be splitting carries with Dan Herron. Obviously, the Bills are going to have to change their game plan for this road game.
Fantasy impact: It's a really tough pill to swallow for Williams' fantasy owners. The good news is that he should be back before McCoy, so he is worth holding for the next two games against the Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars. Dixon is a little too risky to use this week and is more of a flex for teams with bye issues.
