The Bills haven’t been very confident in his status all week. Watkins has been dealing with leg issues for a sizable portion of his career and the Bills may just want to hold him out. Plus, he only put on a handful of reps this week as part of his limited status.
Fantasy impact: If you have Watkins, hopefully you have a backup plan right now. Even if he does play, he almost certainly won't be seeing a full complement of snaps. It would be receivers Robert Woods and Percy Harvin getting most of the targets, but neither is a great option. This also make quarterback Tyrod Taylor a riskier play, especially with their running backs also banged up.
