Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) has been ruled out of the team's Week 5 match up against the Cincinnati Bengals. While he was able to get in some limited work in practice, Seattle is going to give him time for his hamstring to heal. Rookie Thomas Rawls will fill in at the starting role again.
Marshawn Lynch injury update: RB ruled out for fantasy owners
The Seattle Seahawks running has been ruled out for Week 5. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Lynch owners who handcuffed Rawls are still in a relatively good spot. While no one should expect Rawls to bring to the field what Lynch has over the years, he has shown he can be a capable back when given an opportunity. Although he was bottled up last week by the Detroit Lions (17 carries for 48 yards), Rawls was able to take advantage of a battered Chicago Bears defense the week before, finishing with 104 yards on 17 carries. With a healthy 16.5 carries per game average and 4.5 YPC, owners shouldn't hesitate to fire up Rawls against a mediocre Bengals defense that allows the 13th fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs. He's a solid RB2 play.
