Michael Crabtree injury update: WR probable for Raiders, fantasy owners
The Oakland Raiders wide receiver is listed as probable for Week 5. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: In his first season in Oakland, it's fair to say that Crabtree has exceeded fantasy expectations. It's partly due to the emergence of Derek Carr who has the look of a legitimate franchise quarterback in his second season. Rookie Amari Cooper has also been the real deal through four games. However, Crabtree has also played well and appears to have settled into his role as the team's number two receiver. Through four games, he's hauled in 23 catches for 264 yards and one touchdown. The pace puts him on track to have his first 1,000 yard season since 2012. Though he's provided some consistency, owner should think twice before starting him this week against the Broncos. Their defense gives up the fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Crabtree is a borderline WR3/4 this week with more value in PPR than standard leagues.
