If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel has acquired NumberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel Daily Fantasy projections, Week 6: Running backs
There are only a few elite options this week on FanDuel while the bargains are a little thin. Here are the fantasy projections with analysis.

Here are the fantasy projections for Week 6:
Top tier
Le'Veon Bell is just too good. With the Pittsburgh Steelers not really having their passing game clicking because Ben Roethlisberger's injury, expect him to dominate. Arian Foster finds himself very high in the projections for the first time this season in a favorable matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Matt Forte and Adrian Peterson round out the top four.
Bargains
Eddie Lacy used to be a stud, but he has really let people down this year. Perhaps he can get it going against the San Diego Chargers this week in what should be a high-scoring game. Carlos Hyde will look to get back to his Week 1 ways after kind of disappearing since. Danny Woodhead is a better cheap play because he should be on the field a lot against the Green Bay Packers.
Elite players with sub-par matchups
Marshawn Lynch is unplayable this week coming off an injury in a bad matchup against the Carolina Panthers. DeMarco Murray is still a little too pricey at $7,600 despite finally getting it going in Week 5.
