If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel has acquired NumberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel Daily Fantasy projections, Week 6: Tight ends
In Week 5, there were a number of tight end bargains in FanDuel. Here are the fantasy projections with analysis.

Here are the fantasy projections for Week 6:
Top tier
Gronk is healthy, so Gronk is No. 1. He gets a pretty solid matchup and the New England Patriots should score some points against the Indianapolis Colts. Travis Kelce has been disappointing since his big Week 1, but he gets an awesome matchup and he is probably the best bet to top Gronk. Martellus Bennett is probably the best value this week at just $5,800 and makes sense to help owners save money to send on the big-name receivers.
Bargains
Antonio Gates is just $5,500 and he should be busy against the Green Bay Packers. Besides him, Eric Ebron against the Chicago Bears should be a nice option for the Detroit Lions. They might want to air it out deep to help get Matthew Stafford going.
Elite players with sub-par matchups
Greg Olsen has some big games under his belt, but it's always tough to use him against the Seattle Seahawks even though that defense is not nearly as good as last year. Tyler Eifert stole the show last week and has been the No. 2 scoring tight end, but the Buffalo Bills are one of the best teams at stopping tight ends not named Rob Gronkowski.
