If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel has acquired NumberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel Daily Fantasy projections, Week 6: Wide receivers
There are a lot of banged-up receivers this week, so FanDuel owners might want to be careful with their fantasy lineups.

Here are the fantasy projections for Week 6:
Top tier
For the second week in a row, Demaryius Thomas is projected first. He probably won't have Cleveland Browns cornerback Joe Haden shadow him. Randall Cobb should also have a field day in the slot against the San Diego Chargers. Plus, he might not be a very popular pick after a letdown in Week 5 -- there is no way you should be worried. DeAndre Hopkins rounds out the top three against an awful Jacksonville Jaguars secondary.
Bargains
Jordan Matthews was everyone's favorite breakout, but all of his drops have killed his value and the narrative. However, he could wind up going off in the slot against the New York Giants. If you want to go really cheap, you could go with Ted Ginn, Jr., Cecil Shorts or Kendall Wright.
Elite players with sub-par matchups
Odell Beckham Jr. is good for a highlight and some major stat lines, but he's not 100 percent. Calvin Johnson has been a nightmare all season and there's no way we can trust Alshon Jeffery and his balky hamstring.
