Sometimes it’s nice to have a guy going on Monday Night Football to get a little extra excitement at the end of your matchup. Most of the time, it’s not fun because there are some injury concerns.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 6: Eli Manning’s weapons are banged up
Eli Manning has been hot since his first two games. Should fantasy owners start him this week?
New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning is in an unusual spot. He is 100 percent good to go, but his receivers Rueben Randle and Odell Beckham Jr. are not. Beckham has missed practice for most of the week and is not a lock to play, so that might affect Manning's scoring.
The good news is that the Eagles are also at home and their offense has gotten a lot better, so this should be a high-scoring game. Plus, Eli put up 429 yards in his last game against the Eagles last season and he's also playing really well so far this year.
Fantasy impact: The Giants should have no problem scoring at least three touchdowns and two of them should be coming from Eli. If you have a strong alternative, Eli can be benched, though.
