After seven quarters of action to start the season, you had more rushing yards than Philadelphia Eagles running back DeMarco Murray. He was in the negatives on the season with the Dallas Cowboys shutting him down for most of the game -- though he had some big runs in the fourth quarter to put him in the positives.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 6: DeMarco Murray out of the fantasy cellar
DeMarco Murray is finally out of the fantasy doghouse. Should you still start him?
At long last, Murray finally had himself a nice game in Week 4 against the New Orleans Saints. He ran the ball 20 times for 83 yards and one score, adding seven catches for 37 yards in the passing game. The Eagles were able to put up 39 points last week and are finally getting it going.
This week, he gets a favorable matchup on Monday Night Football against the New York Giants. While the Giants have improved lately, they are still sitting at No. 21 in fantasy points allowed to running backs on the season.
Fantasy impact: Murray owners can finally trust him again. He should have a nice game in what Las Vegas projects as the third-highest scoring game.
