Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor is listed as questionable to face the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. He is going to be a game-time decision after a limited week of practice.
Tyrod Taylor injury update: Fantasy owners can’t count on him right now
Tyrod Taylor is not expected to play on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Taylor's knee injury is not minor and he is probably on the wrong side of this questionable tag. Not even coach Rex Ryan has been optimistic on Taylor, which is very uncharacteristic for him.
If he is out, it'll be E.J. Manuel getting the start. The Bengals are the 11th-toughest matchup for fantasy quarterbacks and the Bills have their top two backs limited or worse. LeSean McCoy will be on a pitch count and Karlos Williams is out.
Fantasy impact: Tyrod has been great for much of the season, but fantasy owners can’t even think about using him this week. Manuel is only an option if you’re in a deep format one a two-QB league. Taylor is still worth owning in 14-team leagues, though.
