T.J. Yeldon is officially inactive Week 6. He was originally reported to be out for Week 6 by Jaguars reporter Mark Long. Yeldon missed practice all week due to a groin injury. Yeldon's absence opens the door for both Denard Robinson and Toby Gerhart. Robinson has missed the past three weeks with a sprained MCL, but is listed as probable for Sunday's game. The Jacksonville Jaguars will be facing the Houston Texans, who are ranked 22nd in yards allowed to opposing running backs.
T.J. Yeldon injury update: Jaguars RB inactive Week 6, fantasy owners turn to other options
T.J. Yeldon won’t be taking the field on Sunday. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: With Yeldon out, there is no clear beneficiary in the Jaguars' backfield. Robinson is capable of making the bigger splash, but Gerhart should see plenty of opportunity in short-yardage and goal line work. Both are low-end flex options if needed, with Robinson being the preferred option. However, both running backs are best avoided unless fantasy owners are in a desperate position for Week 6. Yeldon will likely return in Week 7, when the Jaguars take on the Buffalo Bills.
