Seattle Seahawks starting running back Marshawn Lynch is officially active for Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers. Lynch was a full participant in practice on Thursday and Friday, and head coach Pete Carroll said Lynch will "play a lot" this week.

Rookie Thomas Rawls went off last week while he filled in for Lynch, rushing for 169 yards and a touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite that performance, Lynch will reclaim his starter status after missing two weeks with a hamstring injury.
Fantasy impact: Rawls struggled against the Detroit Lions in Week 4, but he proved a worthy replacement for Lynch with his monster game last Sunday. Still, Rawls is going to compete with Fred Jackson for touches when Lynch rotates out. The rookie is simply a handcuff with Lynch back in the mix.
Doug Martin ran all over the Panthers last week, finishing with 106 yards and a touchdown. Lynch goes right back to RB1 status.
