Ronnie Hillman showed signs of life in the Denver Broncos' struggling backfield on Sunday afternoon. Hillman carried the ball 20 times for 111 yards. He added three receptions for four yards to his day. Hillman was much more impressive than his backfield counterpart C.J. Anderson, who managed just 41 yards on the ground. Despite the team's narrow win over the Cleveland Browns, the Broncos' offense was underwhelming as quarterback Peyton Manning threw three interceptions. The Broncos have one of the league's best defenses, and the offense needs to pick things up if they hope to make a deep playoff run. Their running game may have finally sparked some momentum thanks to Hillman's afternoon.
