FanDuel Daily Fantasy projections, Week 7: Quarterbacks
Some of the studs have bad matchups this week, so fantasy owners might want to look for a bargain.

If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel has acquired NumberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
Here are the fantasy projections for Week 7:
Top tier
While Andrew Luck is projected as the top guy, he really isn’t a bargain against the New Orleans Saints. The Colts haven’t been mowing people down for much of the season, so even in cash games you might want to go another direction. Philip Rivers is sitting there in the No. 2 spot and is easily someone fantasy owners should consider. He’s probably the top play in cash after his 500-yard game. GPP owners can expect his ownership to be high.
Bargains
If you don’t want to go with Philip Rivers, fantasy owners may want to really roll the dice on Kirk Cousins against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Although, you can’t use him in a cash game because the risk is too high. If you are in a cash game, Carson Palmer is your guy and his ownership will be really high.
Elite players with sub-par matchups
Tom Brady gets a bad matchup against the New York Jets. Yes, he owns them, but it’s unlikely we see Brady go off. Cam Newton is also not a great play this week at his $8,100 price tag.
