Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans has been a colossal letdown. In PPR league, he is not even a WR6 due to not putting up any stats in the first two weeks. He still hasn't scored and has topped three receptions just once this season.

Mike Evans has not been great this season. Can fantasy owners expect him to get it going?
Well, now his awful start is hopefully behind him. He is coming off a bye week and has no more excuses to get the ball rolling this year. This week, he gets a terrific matchup against Washington, who have given up 1.2 TDs per game to receivers. They are also really banged up and are coming off a miserable week against the New York Jets. They haven't given up many big plays, so that could be a negative for a guy like Evans.
Fantasy impact: You have to play him this week. Evans was drafted as a WR1 on several teams and you have to hope the bye will be the difference.
