New Orleans receiver Willie Snead is moving up the depth chart these days. He started out as a guy not even in the top three, but injuries moved him to the No. 2 guy last week.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 7: Willie Snead set for more targets
Willie Snead was a letdown last week. We break down the fantasy implications.
Snead led the Saints receivers last week with 55 receiving yards while tying for the highest targets and receptions. The problem is that he only had four catches for 55 yards as the Atlanta Falcons shut down all of the receivers -- they usually don't do that.
To make matters worse, there is a chance receiver Marques Colston gets back out there this week, which would lower Snead's snaps and targets. On the bright side, he gets a good matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, who are the third-best matchup for fantasy receivers.
Fantasy impact: The questions outweigh the upside for Snead here. Fantasy owners can probably drop him if there is anything out there on the waiver wire. He has upside as a WR4 this week.
