Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Leonard Hankerson (ribs, hamstring) is listed as probable for the team's Week 7 match up against the Tennessee Titans.
Leonard Hankerson injury update: WR probable for Falcons, fantasy owners
The Falcons wide receiver is listed as probable for Week 7. We break down the fantasy implications.
Hankerson participated in practice on a limited basis on Wednesday and Thursday before being upgraded to a full participant on Friday.
Fantasy spin: Hankerson and Roddy White will continue to scrap it out for the leftover targets after Julio Jones. The results have been predictably inconsistent for the former Washingtonian.
Hankerson was able to come up big for fantasy owners in Weeks 2 and 4, finishing with six receptions and a touchdown on 77 and 103 yards respectively. However, he could not find his way to the end zone or past 45 yards in any other contest.
He’ll have a decent shot at rebound from last week’s 4/37 line against the Titans. Their middle-of-the-pack defense allows the 15th-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Hankerson is a more likely bust than boom WR3.
