Jonathan Stewart injury update: RB probable for Panthers, fantasy owners
The Carolina Panthers running back is listed as probable for Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fantasy impact: Stewart will suit up and look to get his season on track. With the departure of DeAngelo Williams, Stewart entered the season as the team's unquestioned workhorse. Unfortunately, he hasn't been too productive thus far. Through three games, Stewart has averaged only 3.5 yards per carry and hasn't yet topped 63 yards rushing or found the end zone.
Stewart has a much better chance to rebound this week. The Buccaneers’ defense allows the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs. While Stewart’s workload has been gradually scaled back each week, it’s still enough to warrant starting consideration. He’s a low-end RB2.
