Alshon Jeffery officially inactive, fantasy owners should adjust lineups for Week 4
The Bears No. 1 wide receiver will miss another week with a hamstring injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jeffery was a limited participant at practice this week, so there was some optimism he would be able to suit up for the Raiders matchup. While he said he’s over his calf injury that limited him in training camp, he still has to get his hamstring back in shape.
Fantasy impact: Jeffery seemed like a value pick when he started to fall in drafts leading up to the season, but his hamstring issue has kept him out of fantasy lineups. Owners will have to hope he can be ready to go for Week 5.
Jay Cutler is active today. Eddie Royal and Marquess Wilson will start at wide receiver, and while the Raiders are a good matchup for the Bears' passing game, Cutler's health and the team's inconsistency always leave room for concern.
