Even though he missed a game due to injury, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith is still a top-10 receiver in PPR this season. He has been a bit hit and miss and obviously his 13-catch, two-score, 186-yard game from Week 3 has buoyed that value.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 8: Steve Smith gets a tough matchup
Steve Smith gets a tough matchup this week. Should fantasy owners use him?

On the downside, he's has three duds and those came against good passing defenses. He gets a bad matchup this week against the San Diego Chargers, who have fared very well against guys like A.J. Green, Calvin Johnson and Antonio Brown. Their corners are a little undersized, so they don't get beat on big plays often, which is Smith's bread and butter.
The Ravens are at home, which generally has resulted in better output from their offense in the past two years. Although, it’s tough to tell with Smith this year because he has played just one home game -- his explosion mentioned in the first paragraph.
Fantasy impact: You have to start him.
