It seems ages ago Dallas Cowboys running back Darren McFadden was in the mix to be a top pick in fantasy football drafts. After about a dozen injuries later, he went undrafted in several fantasy leagues back in August.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 8: Darren McFadden ready for lots of work
He finally got his season off the ground last week. Can fantasy owners count on him this week?
Now, he's all set to be the starting running back with one of the best offensive lines in front of him. Running back Joseph Randle is not going to play this week while Christine Michael is clearly behind him. Last week, McFadden carried the ball a whopping 29 times for 152 yards and one score against the New York Giants.
This week, it should be tough sledding against the Seattle Seahawks, who are the second-toughest matchup for fantasy running backs. The good news is that this game is in Dallas, so that should help McFadden get going.
Fantasy impact: If a guy is getting 20-plus carries, you almost have to start him, especially with that line in front of him. Hopefully he doesn’t get hurt.
