New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning is basically just what his owners asked for. He's been the No. 10 QB on the season and he's been up and down on the year. He started out horribly in the first week, but flourished Week 2-5 with four great games. However, he's really taken a step back in two division games recently.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 8: Eli Manning continues bumpy ride
Eli Manning gets a great matchup this week. We break down the fantasy implications.
This week, he gets a dome game against the New Orleans Saints, who rank as the second-easiest matchup for fantasy quarterbacks. Manning did have his receivers on the injury report in those two recent duds, but Odell Beckham Jr. should be somewhat close to 100 percent while receiver Dwayne Harris has improved as the No. 3 guy.
There is some risk because Eli has been bad in his road games, scoring just single digits in two of those three games. Although, those matchups were a lot tougher than this one.
Fantasy impact: He’s not a must-start, but Eli should be a top-10 quarterback this week.
