New Orleans Saints running back Khiry Robinson is done for the season. Robinson suffered a leg injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the New York Giants and the outlook looked grim. On Monday afternoon, ESPN's Josina Anderson took to social media to confirm that Robinson fractured his tibia and will not return this season. Robinson served as an effective complimentary back to Mark Ingram, totaling 180 rushing yards and four touchdowns through eight games this season. Running back C.J. Spiller is expected to see more snaps in Robinson's absence.
Khiry Robinson injury update: Saints RB out for season with knee injury, fantasy owners need to adjust
Khiry Robinson’s season is finished. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Robinson’s season-ending injury likely won’t create a huge boost in fantasy production for Ingram and Spiller. Robinson was averaging seven carries per game -- a number that could easily be absorbed by Ingram from here on out. Spiller should factor into more passing situations, but both should remain within their respective tiers as fantasy running backs. Ingram moves forward as an RB1 as usual. Spiller should flirt with flex consideration moving forward.
