Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is officially inactive for Week 11. Jay Cutler’s No. 1 target will miss his fifth game of the season, now dealing with shoulder and groin injuries.
Alshon Jeffery injury update: Bears WR inactive for fantasy owners
Jay Cutler will miss his No. 1 wide receiver again. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jeffery played in the Bears’ last four games, posting 100-plus yards in three of those matchups. His absence will open the door for more targets for Marquess Wilson and Martellus Bennett against the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy impact: It was already a bad matchup, as the Broncos allow the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers. Eddie Royal is out as well, so Wilson is at least worth a flex play. Bennett should be a good PPR play, and Jeremy Langford is going to be in the mix for targets as the starter in the backfield.
Jeffery did not practice this week, but fantasy owners will hope his time off will have him ready to go on Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers. He’s up to 36 receptions for 515 yards in five games this season.
