Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. Sanders is dealing with both a finger and ankle injury. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the team officially ruled Sanders out. ESPN's Jeff Legwold reported that Sanders didn't look comfortable warming up on Sunday morning. It appears as though he was experiencing enough of a setback to warrant another week of rest. Receivers Demaryius Thomas, Jordan Norwood, Andre Caldwell and Cody Latimer will need to step up for quarterback Brock Osweiler -- who will see his first NFL start Sunday afternoon.
Emmanuel Sanders injury update: Broncos WR is inactive for fantasy owners
Emmanuel Sanders will be inactive for Week 11. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: On one hand, fantasy owners are likely better off. Sanders could have seen limited action on the field. He was a risky play, and his status forces fantasy owners to bench him. On the other hand, fantasy owners could have benefited from at least observing whether or not Osweiler has any chemistry with Sanders, even in a limited capacity. Sanders’ absence makes Thomas a strong WR2 option for fantasy owners. Considering Sanders was a game-time decision on Sunday, he’s likely returning in Week 12.
