Dallas Cowboys running back Darren McFadden is all set for some heavy work against the Carolina Panthers. He did have a groin injury last week and was still able to post 32 touches for 149 total yards against the Miami Dolphins.

As you probably know, McFadden is one of the most injury-prone players in the NFL, but there has been no concern just yet regarding his status. There is plenty of risk of an aggravation, but DMC doesn’t appear to be having any limitations.
More bad news is that the Panthers are playing some good run defense these days. They allowed Washington backs to rush for 10 yards last week and Tennessee Titans backs had just 15 yards against them in Week 10. Yikes.
Fantasy impact: The bad probably outweighs the good here, but McFadden is certainly going to get a lot of carries and get touches all over the field. With all that volume, he’s a mid-level RB2 this week.
