Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrance Williams likes it when Tony Romo plays. Last week, he caught four passes for 79 yards and one score against the Miami Dolphins. That's the highest yardage total since Week 2 and just the third time he's scored a TD. That's even more surprising because receiver Dez Bryant missed most of those games, so Williams had a high ceiling for targets.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 12: Terrance Williams has his boy Tony Romo again
Terrance Williams showed up last week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Although, Williams was only targeted four times, so that nice line is somewhat misleading. He's also going to get a bad matchup against the Carolina Panthers, who are the eighth toughest matchup for fantasy receivers this year. They're also coming in fairly hot, allowing just one TD to reviews in the last two weeks. They also haven't allowed multiple TDs to a receiving corps all season.
Fantasy impact: Williams is more of a WR3 with a low floor because of his lower target total. Most owners should have better option.s
