If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel has acquired numberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel daily fantasy projections, Week 12: Quarterbacks
Tom Brady has a bad matchup this week, so Carson Palmer could be one of the top QB studs in fantasy football.

Here are the fantasy projections for Week 12:
Top tier
Aaron Rodgers was a letdown on Thursday and just hasn’t looked right in the past two weeks, so he won’t be the top QB in Week 12. Not many players have a chance to match Matthew Stafford’s Thursday five-TD day, but Carson Palmer should have a big game in San Francisco against the 49ers. Philip Rivers has really struggled this month due to some bad matchups, but he gets a good chance to turn it around on Sunday against the Jaguars even though he doesn’t have a lot of healthy weapons.
Bargains
Washington quarterback Kirk Cousins has a good matchup against the New York Giants with first place on the line. He is risky, but this Giants defense gave up seven scores to Drew Brees earlier this month.
Elite players with subpar matchups
The Denver Broncos have one of the best defenses in the NFL. In fact, they’re the toughest matchup for fantasy quarterbacks and have allowed zero passing TDs four times this season and more than one just twice. This isn’t the week to use Tom Brady, especially with all of his weapons banged up.
