New York Jets running back Chris Ivory was off to a fantastic start this season, but he's sort of taken a step back recently. In Week 11, he had his second-worst active game of the season with just seven points in PPR. He had just 36 rushing yards as the Jets lost to the Houston Texans.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 12: Chris Ivory should turn it around
Chris Ivory has been pretty bad lately, but should fantasy owners count on him this week?
Ivory has seen his numbers trend down and really has been a letdown in four of his last five games. The Jets were one of the best rushing attacks as a team before Week 6, but they’ve quickly become one of the worst.
This week, they get a terrific matchup against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins are coming in with no momentum as a run-stopping defense and have been the fifth-best matchup for fantasy running backs on the year.
Fantasy impact: Even with Ivory struggling, he’s still someone most fantasy owners should have in their lineups as a RB2.
