Jarvis Landry injury update: WR questionable for Dolphins, fantasy owners
The Miami Dolphins wide receiver is listed as questionable for Week 12. We break down the fantasy implications.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jarvis Landry (knee) is listed as questionable for the team's Week 12 matchup against the New York Jets.
Landry was limited in practice on Wednesday, then upgraded to a full participant on Thursday before being downgraded to a limited again on Friday. Despite the questionable tag, Landry is expected to suit up on Sunday.
Fantasy impact: The sophomore receiver has been one of the most steady and reliable WR2s all season long, especially in PPR formats.
Through 11 games played, Landry is averaging 6.4 receptions for 65.3 yards per game and has found the end zone four times, including a punt taken to the house in Week 1. Assuming he doesn’t suffer a setback, owners should look for a nice contribution from him against the Jets.
While their defense already gives up the 13th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers, they will also be without shutdown cornerback Darrelle Revis (concussion), who held Landry in check to a 4/40 line in Week 4. Landry is a high-end, must-start WR2 for Week 12.
