Kansas City Chiefs running back Charcandrick West will be sitting out Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. West was ruled inactive after struggling with a hamstring injury all week. West's absence once again opens the door for running back Spencer Ware, who rushed for 96 yards and two touchdowns in Week 11 after West left the game. West was considered day to day leading up to Sunday's game. NFL Insider Ian Rapoport was even reporting West a game-time decision on Sunday morning. It's likely that West will suit up in Week 13 provided there are no setbacks.
Charcandrick West injury update: Chiefs RB is inactive for fantasy owners, Spencer Ware will start
Charcandrick West is inactive Sunday. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Fantasy owners might as well take advantage of Ware's playing time while they can get it. It's likely that West will settle back into the team's RB1 role when he returns. Ware seems to excel in West's role so far, much like West has for running back Jamaal Charles (IR, knee). The Bills are average in fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. Ware will be an RB2 with RB1 upside.
