If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel has acquired NumberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel daily fantasy projections, Week 9: Quarterbacks
Tom Brady is far and way the highest projected fantasy quarterback this week. Who else should you consider?

Here are the fantasy projections for Week 9:
Top tier
It's going to be tough to go with someone else besides Tom Brady. He's the most expensive player in fantasy this week, but he's also projected to score the most points and it's not close. The New England Patriots should put the ball up 40-50 times as long as Washington isn't blown out in the second quarter. Philip Rivers doesn't have receiver Keenan Allen, so the San Diego Chargers will be in some foreign territory this week. Rivers is still a nice play. Matt Ryan is also worth a look at $8K with the San Francisco 49ers in disarray.
Bargains
Jameis Winston of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is cheap, but he gets a New York Giants team coming off allowing seven scores to Drew Brees. if you want to get totally crazy, Blaine Gabbert is at $5,400 and doesn't have a run game against a so-so defense of the Atlanta Falcons. Again, you can't play him if you're only using one lineup or even less than 10.
Elite players with sub-par matchups
We probably can't call Andrew Luck an elite guy anymore, but he's not really in play at $8,700. A lot of people will probably be using Brees after last week, but his matchup is worse. He's not a great play in GPP because the ownership likely is too high.
