Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck is fully expected to play on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. He was limited in practice on Wednesday and should be a go without limitation.
Andrew Luck injury update: Fantasy value is fine for a bad matchup
Andrew Luck is all set for the Denver Broncos. We break down the fantasy implications.
There is a lot of bad news around Luck this week for his fantasy value. The Colts fired offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton, who has been with Luck since his Stanford days. Plus, there are a lot of murmurs of coach Chuck Pagano being on a short leash and he could be next.
Hamilton finally has allowed Luck to put the ball up a ton, but Luck may still not be 100 percent from his shoulder injury. His passes do not have the same zip on them and he can’t complete the deep ball like he used to. Plus, Luck gets a horrible matchup against the Broncos defense.
Fantasy impact: As crazy as it sounds, Luck is not a QB1 this week. If you have other decent options, go with those.
