Dion Lewis injury update: RB Active for Patriots, fantasy owners
The New England Patriots running back is active for Week 9. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fantasy impact: Lewis has been quite a pleasant surprise for fantasy owners that scooped him up from the waiver wire after Week 1. Lewis’s only subpar fantasy outing came in Week 6, when he finished with 39 total yards from scrimmage. Lewis has gone over 100 total yards in three games this year and has found the end zone in four of his last five games. He has a total of 32 receptions on the season, giving owners in both standard and PPR formats a healthy return. Washington won’t present Lewis with a tough matchup. Their defense allows the 12th most fantasy points to opposing running backs. Lewis remains an RB1.
