Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins (ankle) is officially active for the team's Week 9 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Watkins has been sidelined since Week 6 due to a sprained ankle. Watkins will be returning along with quarterback Tyrod Taylor, who has been nursing a knee injury since Week 5. Watkins' 2015 season has been a disappointment after his impressive rookie season. Granted, injuries have kept him off the field. However, his production when on the field leaves a lot to be desired, as Watkins has just 11 receptions for 147 yards and two touchdowns through four games this season.
Sammy Watkins injury update: Bills WR is Active, fantasy value still in question
Sammy Watkins will return to the field on Sunday. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Watkins proved to be a risky fantasy wide receiver even when healthy. Not much has changed. However, Percy Harvin is done for the season with both a knee and hip injury. Harvin's absence could lead to more targets for Watkins, but it's a stretch. Watkins could very well be on a snap as he plays through his sprained ankle. It may be generous to consider Watkins even a boom-or-bust WR3 this week.
