Denver Broncos tight end Owen Daniels emerged in Week 9, delivering season-high numbers. Daniels caught six passes for 102 yards and a touchdown.
Owen Daniels tops Broncos offense Week 9, should still be ignored on waivers
Owen Daniels finally delivered an impressive performance. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Heading into Sunday's game, Daniels had just 129 yards and two touchdowns for the season. Daniels' performance conveniently happened after the team acquired tight end Vernon Davis from the San Francisco 49ers.
In Sunday’s game, Davis played just nine snaps. He was targeted once and failed to record a reception.
Fantasy impact: Daniels has been a disappointment for most of the season. He was never expected to completely fill the void of tight end Julius Thomas, but Daniels has barely been any sort of factor at all.
His fantasy floor has been abysmal all season. Despite his impressive performance, Daniels simply cannot be trusted. Consider Week 9 a fluke for Daniels.
He’s a low-end TE2 in most weeks. Daniels is owned in 31 percent of Yahoo! leagues, which is already too high.
