Cleveland Browns running back Isaiah Crowell broke out for big numbers in Sunday's win over the San Francisco 49ers. Crowell carried the ball 20 times for 145 yards and two touchdowns. He caught one pass for nine yards. It was Crowell's first career game with over 100 rushing yards. Two of his carries on Sunday were for over 50 yards. Running back Duke Johnson served a complementary role, finishing with 87 yards from scrimmage on 14 touches.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 15: Isaiah Crowell surprises with big week, remains difficult to trust
Isaiah Crowell dominated the Browns’ backfield in Week 14. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: It's hard not to consider Crowell's performance a bit of a fluke considering he's averaged 3.2 yards per carry before Sunday's game. It's likely that Crowell was simply the hot hand and the beneficiary of game flow against a shaky 49ers defense. However, it's possible that quarterback Johnny Manziel may lean on the run game more down the stretch. Either way, the Browns have a tough remaining schedule that includes the Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs. Crowell can be picked up on the waiver wire in many leagues, but he has a dangerous floor during fantasy playoffs.
