Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker is expected to start as the team's "X" receiver on Sunday, according to Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald.
DeVante Parker expected to start Sunday, presents high fantasy upside vs. Ravens
The Dolphins will deploy their first-round pick against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

With Rishard Matthews sustaining multiple rib fractures, it's a natural occurrence to have Parker take his place after filling in for him in Week 12. It will mark the first-rounder's first start of his career after catching four passes for 80 yards and a touchdown in an expanded role on Sunday against the New York Jets. Parker had been buried on the depth chart earlier in the season due to a foot injury and with capable receivers ahead of him, but it looks like the Dolphins rookie will get his chance to make his mark down the final month of the season.
Fantasy impact: The Dolphins would be wise to evaluate their young talent in December, since they would need a miracle to make the playoffs while sitting at 4-7 in a crowded AFC Wild Card picture. Parker will step into a role where Matthews quietly produced, averaging 66 yards per game and tallying four touchdowns in 10 games.
Parker has the upside to be a factor down the stretch of the season and should be added in 12-team leagues. Against a pathetic Baltimore Ravens secondary, he can be considered a high-upside flex option for Week 13.
