Oakland Raiders wide receiver Amari Cooper (foot) is listed as probable for the team's Week 15 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. Cooper did not participate in practice Wednesday and then returned Thursday and Friday on a limited basis. He's fully expected to take the field Sunday.
Amari Cooper injury update: WR probable for Raiders, fantasy owners
The Oakland Raiders’ wide receiver is listed as probable for Week 15. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fantasy impact: Cooper will look to rebound from last week's goose egg against the Denver Broncos. He was still targeted eight times, so it was at least encouraging to see that the catch-less afternoon was a result of good defense and not a lack of involvement in the offense. It also marked the fifth time that Cooper has provided owners with less than five standard fantasy points, as well as his fifth consecutive week without a touchdown. While his consistency could stand to improve, the rookie is still proving to be the real deal. He's also gone over 100 yards receiving four times. While the Packers aren't quite as good as the Broncos against the pass, their defense still allows the ninth-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Owners should start Cooper as a WR3 with plenty of upside.
