Kansas City Chiefs running back Spencer Ware (rib) is listed as questionable for the team's Week 15 match up against the Baltimore Ravens. Ware did not participate in practice Wednesday or Thursday and then returned Friday on a limited basis. He's tentatively expected to suit up barring a setback.
Spencer Ware injury update: RB questionable for Chiefs, fantasy owners
The Kansas City Chiefs’ running back is listed as questionable for Week 15. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fantasy impact: Even if Ware is active, Charcandrick West is likely to get the lion's share of the work. In the last two weeks, Ware has only seen workloads of seven and eight carries. In the former game, he managed to catch two passes for -1 yard. The light at the end of the tunnel for Ware is that he seems to be the preferred goal line back. He has five touchdowns on the year, four of which have come in the last four weeks. Neither back is likely to find much running room against the Ravens. Their defense allows the fourth-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs. Ware could be a decent bet as far as gambles go in touchdown-heavy leagues but is no more than an RB3.
